This calendar has three periods each containing 79 months. All months are identical with ten six day weeks. Rather than "leap years", there are "loss years". Eleven out of twenty are loss years (all odd numbered years and years ending with zero). The day would be lost from the end of the year and from the week so that Sunday would follow Friday. The choice of omitting Thursday to get a six day week is arbitrary.
